We provide a full refund on any course if canceled before accessing the material. Our dashboard allows us to track student progress, ensuring transparency. For tutoring, if you're unsatisfied with your tutor, we'll match you with a more suitable one at no extra cost. Additionally, we offer a credit-back system—if you're not satisfied with your first tutoring session, your tutoring credit will be fully refunded to your STEMSphere Academy account for future use
